For new bookings, a customer walk-through and sign-off are required. If you are unable to participate in the final walk-through, you automatically accept the job standards and hours performed.

1.Please note that we do not have a specific arrival time as we service multiple homes throughout the day. However, we will contact you 30-40 minutes prior to our arrival, which will be between 9 AM and 6 PM.
2.Please be attentive to calls from unknown numbers, as it may be our team trying to reach you on the day of your booking.
✅When you use PB Cleaning 24/7 we would like to make sure you have a great experience with us. Here are a few things to keep in mind:
1. Please keep your pets with you or in a designated area when we arrive, as we are not responsible for keeping them safe.
2. Please store your valuable items like money and jewelry in a secure place, just to be safe. We always strive to be honest and professional, but we want to avoid any risk of loss.
3. Please check your furniture before and after our service and let us know within that same day if you have any concerns. Otherwise we will not be responsible for any damages. Our team is always trained to avoid these situations, but it is always a good idea to double-check.
