At PB Cleaning 24/7, we are committed to delivering high-quality, reliable cleaning services. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we stand behind our work with the following warranty and service procedure:
Cleaning Quality Warranty
• If you are not satisfied with any part of the cleaning service, please notify us within 5 hours of job completion.
• We will return to re-clean the specific area(s) of concern at no additional cost, provided the space has not been re-used or altered since the original cleaning.
• This warranty applies only to services agreed upon in the original booking or quote.
Client Final Check Procedure
To ensure satisfaction and address any immediate concerns:
• We kindly request that the client performs a final walkthrough with our cleaners “ BEFORE THEY LEAVE THE PROPERTY”
• This allows us to correct anything on the spot and confirm that the work meets your expectations.
• If a client is unavailable at the time of completion, photos may be sent for approval, or the job will be considered complete unless issues are reported within the 5-hour warranty window.
Exclusions
• The warranty does not cover issues arising after the cleaners have left (e.g., new spills, damage, or use of space).
• Specialty cleaning (e.g., post-construction, extreme conditions) may have different terms outlined in your service agreement.
