Notice Required
• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of services.
• Notice must be given via phone call, text, or email to be valid.
Cancellation Fees
• Less than 24 hours’ notice or
same-day cancellations/ no-shows: A $70 cancellation fee will apply.
• For appointments requiring special preparation or equipment, full service charges may apply for no-shows.
Rescheduling
• You may reschedule your appointment once at no charge, as long as it’s done with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Repeated rescheduling may result in a deposit requirement for future bookings.
Deposits
• Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot, especially for large, post-construction, or specialty jobs.
Exceptions
• We understand emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to illness, extreme weather, or other emergencies, please contact us directly — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
