General Guidelines
• Pets must be secured or supervised during the cleaning service. This ensures the safety of both your pet and our cleaning staff.
• If your pet is not friendly with strangers, we kindly ask that you place them in a separate room or crate during our visit.
• We do not clean up pet waste, litter boxes, or soiled areas that involve bodily fluids unless pre-approved and quoted separately.
• Excessive pet hair may result in additional charges due to increased labor and cleaning time.
Pet-Friendly Products
Upon request, we can use pet-safe, non-toxic cleaning products to help protect sensitive pets—please let us know in advance.
Entry & Safety
• If your pet is prone to escaping or running outside, please notify us ahead of time. Our cleaners will be mindful of doors and gates but cannot be responsible for pets who may slip out during entry or exit. Communication is Key
• Let us know if your pet has any special needs or triggers (e.g., fear of vacuums, anxiety with strangers, etc.).
• If you have multiple pets, please tell us their names, types, and any handling instructions before the service date.
